This notice explains what happens to personal data on realtix.uk, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Nexys Srl, Galleria Arrigo Protti 2, 34121 Trieste, Italy (P. IVA 01447020320, Codice Univoco N92GLON). For anything in this notice, write to info@realtix.uk.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — your company and telephone number, together with the message itself. We also record the IP address the message was sent from, and the time it arrived, because that is how the spam filter works.
We use it for one thing: to answer you, and to carry on that conversation if it leads somewhere. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has asked us a question (Article 6(1)(f)), together with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not profile you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your message is stored on this website and emailed to us. Nobody else is sent a copy. The site is hosted in the European Union, and email is handled by our own provider. We do not sell or share personal data, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics services on this site.
If we have switched on the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check, your IP address and a one-time token are sent to Cloudflare, Inc. to confirm you are not a robot. Cloudflare acts as our processor and transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No cookie is set for this, and no profile is built.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that we have a record of what was agreed. Messages the spam filter catches are deleted within thirty days. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
- To see the data we hold about you, and to get a copy of it.
- To have anything wrong corrected.
- To have it deleted.
- To object to what we are doing with it, or ask us to restrict it.
- To withdraw consent at any time — that does not undo what was lawful before you withdrew it.
- To complain to a supervisory authority: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
Write to info@realtix.uk and we will answer within one month.
